my family macaron recipe; passed down for generations

    Ingredients: y'all this is what ur gonna need
    • 1 and 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar because this aint gonna be working for yall who watch your caloric intake
    • we also need 1 cup of almond flour and i dunno where we gonna get this, but since we aint: we're gonna probably need to go to whole foods or some s*** to find this
    • 3 large egg whites because this isn't for yall vegans. i am NOT here for this
    • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar because idk man the recipe said so lol
    • Pinch of salt just like ur personality; not twelve gallons, just a pinch
    • quata cup superfine sugar for one superfine babe
    • 2 to 3 rain drop drop tops of gel food coloring for whatever color suits ur fancy ay
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond or mint extract because we fancy in this joint (read: extra)
    Directions/yall gotta do

    oh ya y'alls also need an oven with a convection setting, something to bake the on and i think a piping bag

    firstlylylylly, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F using the convection setting. don't burn urself because im gonna do that later.

    then just mix together the confecjdskkjsdkj sugar and the almond flour together idk it doesnt need to be precise because this isn't the great british bake off

    now u gotta beat the egg whites, like u beat ur meat (jks i meant like how chris brown beat rihanna and STILL has a career) and add the cream of tartar and salt with a mixer (coz yall lazy) until its like frothy and now u just add in the superfine sugar and keep beating for like a few more minutes idk

    now u add the egg white mixture to the flour mixture and incorporatetetete it

    add like ur food coloring and s*** now if u wanna idk

    now just put that in the pastry bag and then pipe ur macaron shell things do i look like i know what they're called martha, im not french

    and then let them sit until they arent sticky anymore and once they're set u add em to the oven just like hitler did with his jews

    now u bake them i also recommend getting baked before consuming because everything tastes better when ur high

    now once they're ready idk the time just wing it lmao, put some buttercream frosting or whatever suits u in between ur and we good here im not teaching u how to make that because honestly grow up and learn for yourself did u think adam and eve had a how-to guide to making babies? no they didnt so u dont need one for making a filling for ur gotdam macaron when i already taught u how to make the actual macaron (actually i just got lazy lol)

    Thanks for the how too thread Jess. Oh and btw you can get almond flour at a farmers market. I wouldn't go to Whole Foods, f***ing expensive. Once I had to pay 12 bucks for a bottle of organic milk lmao. I could get 2 boxes of milk at Costco.
