Now I've seen many TMI's in introductions but peoples are getting moved from there to Off-Topic....

Where do you think TMI's belong Off-Topic or Introductions?

It depends. If the mod doesnt like you they move it to off-topic (--:
I think it belongs to introductions.

Introductions, in my humble opinion. They are introductory, introducing you to who the person is. Many people only use TMIs instead of complicated intros, as it's easier. It's essentially just a format you can use as an introduction.
They've been moved for as long as they've existed: mods can't quite seem to agree on where they belong. But, as stated, they are introductions, whether or not people have made one before.

In the end, I don't care, just make it a rule or leave it alone. We need consistency between moderators so that moderators aren't accused of applying a rule to one person but not another, or allowing mods to post TMI intros and normal players to not.

Those comments are saying the same thing: not that ONE mod is confused, but that the mod team as a whole can't seem to agree on which rules to enforce and when. They lack consistency, and that is the problem, as it leads to players assuming a mod is being biased by enforcing the rule in some situations but not others.

80% is biased and it is obvious
I could write a whole novel of how a certain mod treated me since I started playing on this server with no reason.

Literally moderators handle stuff differently all the time because it's so hard to make every mod handle everything the exact same way. It's one of the most common, and hard to avoid, issues the team runs into.

    For a example:
Jeff gets banned for a longer amount of time that a different moderator banned a different player for doing the same thing a week ago.

It's not always bias, and it's seriously irritating when people who've never been staff before obviously don't understand that stuff like that happens. It blows up on you when you didn't intend to contradict another moderator's past actions that you weren't aware of, or treat any players unfairly.

One certain moderator doesn't define the entire team. o_O

    But is that fair?
Jeff spammed in chat and got banned for a day.
Bob also spammed in chat and only got kicked.
If the mods really wanna act like super smart, professional and above everyone else they should get their things right.

They're constantly trying to. But of course I'm just speaking from the past state of the team from when I was on it. We would try to acknowledge every mistake so the moderator learned from it; and try to have every mod on the same page with stuff like that.

You truly are oblivious to what happens beyond what you see on this server. I genuinely tried so hard to treat players fairly and benefit things like that, it's upsetting that it goes unnoticed to some people I guess when I dedicated a lot of time and effort to it. All I can say is I did, can't control if you didn't see it I suppose.
Yeah, things like advertising and set-in-stone rules that have specific ban times aren't the issue. It's when there's certain situations where punishments vary for number of offenses and severity where the controversy rises.

If it's their first TMI, it should go in introductions.
But when people start making multiple, off-topic.

Yeah, TIMI's should be in introduction, as long as there aren't many. But some do get moved :/.

    Edit:
Since you also were mod on mv I understand that you possibly didnt have time for sb or so. Maybe I just didnt notice.

TMIs should always be in introductions. Ok, sure, if you make a second one it should go in offtopic. It's annoying when they're moved because they made another introduction, a basic one. There should be room for a basic introduction AND a tmi in introductions.
