I currently speak 3 languages: Chinese, English, and Spanish. I can't really speak Spanish but I can at least understand what they are saying in Spanish. Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No Yes, it's enabled for quite of a while now. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) I use Hypercam 2 and LoiLo Game Recorder. I will also take screenshots when necessary. Why do you think you should become a mod? I think I would be a great Moderator because: Trustworthy As a Troop 5 Boy Scout, we learn to be trustworthy. I gained a lot of trusts on skyblock and in real life. It isn't really an easy skill to do but I managed to do it. Kind Once one of my friends got griefed and I helped him recover. If I didn't help him, they could have quit skyblock. Helpful I am helpful in real life and on skyblock. When someone wants help on building a casino, I would help them for free. They don't even need to buy anything and I will supply and build it. I am silent but helpful. Friendly I am really friendly in real life and on skyblock. If someone wants me to donate to them, I will try if I don't need the item anymore. Mature I was once a non-mature kid, but over the past few years, I gain maturity by being a Scout. Often Online I am online a lot. When I am, I use most of my time available to me. But school and personal life can affect this. Honest As a moderator, you'd need to be truthful at all times. For example, you cannot ban a player without evidence. It would be unfair to the player and I would be breaking a rule. I believe I am very truthful and honest because I never like to lie. The guilt of lying builds up inside me and makes me tell the truth. No matter how big or small it is. Being honest and truthful is really important when moderating on skyblock. Fair/Equal I am very fair. I will report a Greenie or Rank. I will not change my levels between them. I will treat everyone equally. Even if it's someone I really hate. Spam Hater Like every other person, I HATE spam. Spam is really annoying and ruins the fun of the game. I just think it's unfair for the people who fall off their island just because of the spam in the chat. I would first give the spammer 2 warnings than I will mute them. Unbiased, Fair and Strict Even if I really hate a player, I won't ban him because I hate him. I should treat him like any player who I am not biased toward. Same goes if the player is my best friend. That is not fair for the reporter and the person who needs to be banned. That's just like not saying anything when your friend is shoplifting. Every moderator should be fair to every player on the server. Also, all mods should be strict to every player even if they have to ban their best friend. Loyal I am loyal to everyone in real life and in the game. If someone is new, I will help them get started. How long can you be active on the server every day? It really depends on the time I have each day. I can play up to 5 Hours over the summer but during school, it's 1 hour a day depending on the work I need to do. How long have you been playing Skyblock? I have been playing skyblock.net for 2 years so far and really enjoy playing it. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Unfortunately, I have been banned due to Illegal Trading. I have seen multiple YouTubers hacking on the server but they are already banned. I never use hacks except for Optifine (A performance and zooming addon). Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I was once a moderator on a small faction server. Hope this is my second! Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No Yes. Hey Edison . On this moderator application, I will say my status is currently neutral. I haven't been seeing you in game much recently sadly, I think your activity could be improved. There are a few mistakes in this application which can be easily fixed, there are capitalised letter in the middle of sentences which are not needed. Another suggestion regarding the application itself, I would say in the 'Why do you think you should be mod?' section, try adding more detail under each sub heading rather than lots of one sentence traits, I think that could really improve your application. I have noticed you're not very involved on forums, maybe try to get more engaged on forums and be active every day. When you have been on recently, I have noted you are not helping very often and often don't speak in global chat too often, maybe try to work on your helpfulness whilst playing in game. Overall, I think improving all of the above would make me change to a support on this application. All in all, try to work on your activity and helpfulness, try to fix some of the mistakes (like unnecessary capitalised letters) and try to add more detail, finally try becoming more engaged on forums. Almost all my points still stand from your last application This begs the question: why did you feel the need to make a new thread? If you had updates, there's an 'edit' button. Anyway, you should really have someone go through your application to fix your English. I assume English is your second language, so I encourage you to seek help so that your application is clearer. As well as this, I don't understand the purpose of the section where you talk about hacking. You haven't told us if you've been banned for hacking, which is the only reason I can see for including that section. If you have actually been banned for illegal hacks, say so. If you haven't, get rid of that section. I still haven't seen you online much, and I still don't really see you on the forums. Good luck!
