I barely ever see anyone selling these, people are quite relluctant to let go of the few available. Hope you find a seller soon .
Koipin is your guy. He has about 60 pumpkin heads in total (2013-2015), a mixture of placed and unplaced. He made a forum post wanting to sell all for 10k diamonds but I mean, u can try to pm him and give it a shot( to buy one). (I sold him 15 pumps over the years ) Also 700 diamonds is a reasonable price. No idea why it rated optimistic.
