I traded Banners for Grass with a player named Newtonscraft, I didn't notice that the grass blocks were named until I went to use them on a tradeshop chest. He refused to give me normal grass he just types lol and says to just rename it but it doesn't work. I just wanna know if I can get it traded for normal grass and I wanted to know if theres a way to change that players grass as well? (So no one else has this issue)

 

Have you tried telling him if he doesn't give you NORMAL grass, he could be banned for scamming? It is grass, yes, but naming it turns it into something useless so basically is a scam.

If that doesn't work I'll be glad to get on and trade that grass for new grass!

 

I wasn't sure if it was considered scamming or not, so I didn't tell him that but he got offline as soon as I said I was going to report him.

 

I'm happy to trade you grass blocks for the named ones, I can use them for terraforming so it doesn't really matter to me if they're named.

 

Either way is fine ^_^
