Rate abuse is 3 I only gave 2 in a different time period and I just so happened to dislike what he said so Im still not seeing why I am banned

It's nothing important for you to know. What's important is I think it's better if you wait out the ban so you learn not to do it. I don't have evidence for the first time as I didn't issue the warn, however you would of gotten a message, so you should understand. I've also noted you've been banned a lot over and over, so it seems like you don't learn. You haven't said anything convincing for me to unban you. I would appreciate it if you waited out the ban.

 

I was just going through threads and I saw stuff I disliked and I really see why. It was nothing major I just got a little carried away. It wont happen again I promise you that. Its a 1 time deal It wont happen again
