I've seen skyblock's playerbase. Even when the American people are up, there aren't many players. it has nothing to do with people sleeping. the playerbase has gone down significantly.
I agree. Yup. I agree, on every server I go on, there is only 50-100+ people on the server, even less. I'm talking about servers that get 3k+ players to. It was 1pm lol I agree, + fix some bugs, and add a few things. Yes.
This isn't about the server dying, its about helping the server to make it become more popular. I do however agree with you for all the other "the server is dying" threads.
what if I told you there is a server about as old as skyblock, but 1 yr younger, and holds a playerbase of 30k+?
i alrEADY am ThERe i liVe TheRe AnD neVr actually play net lol id rather do something interesting like POINT AND CLICK TO GAIN COINS than to sit on an island probably talking to random greenies for 2 hrs because COINS
Just get your friends(if you have any) to give it a try and bribe them to stay until they like the server, I did that.
There are 20-30 people on in my evening (noon UTC). This is nothing new. The thread on why Skyblock is dying that talked about the economy was probably right. There's a focus on making sure players stay, but there are hardly any new people coming in. 70% of the people online are donors nowadays. No new players = no new donors = no new players to replace the ones leaving.
Well to be honest, in another server, it still has the IdontHaveAname joined the game and it usually has 100+ people on, its just so weird, skyblock needs to get improved
My say: I've played on this server since November 2014, and back then the average was about 130. No complaints. Then cyp added the old antigriefing plugin, and boom. The server average just boosted to 210. The choices of plugins and anti cheat at the moment is drawing others away. And yes, people come and people go, but that's life. All I'm saying is degrade the anti heat a bit. It's too harsh.
