Anyway, you've written a lot which is nice. The whole "written like your GCSE papers" is odd and I hope you don't write them like you've written your application because you repeat yourself on the first sentence of your qualities quite a lot. I'm not sure why even mentioning this writing style is relevant. You're writing, and I'm sure no one will be offended if you format it like an essay.
Your qualities section is a little generic. Try and give specific examples of what qualities are a core part of your character, so that it sounds more believable.
Listing the rules when you are asked how long you've been playing Skyblock is extremely unnecessary. It feels like you're bolstering up your application, but it's already so long that most people wouldn't read it, so I wouldn't include it. I can read the rules fine on my own, and I'm sure Cyp can too.
The moderator commands you've listed are the more basic ones. Every Joe knows how to use those commands and are aware they exsist. Honestly, you should either list them in a short format (eg. I know /tp, /st, /tpo etc) or not list them at all. At the very least, remove the spaces between them, they take up a huge amount of space as-is.
Your formatting is nice. You've only included your supporters at the end of your application. You should include both, or neither. People can easily see the general opinion of your application through the ratings anyway, so whether listing them is necessary I'm not sure.
I can't judge your activity too much, but I don't see you on too regularly, nor on the forums. I'll let others be the judge of this, but I get the idea that you're not as active as you should be.

Overall: try to reduce the unnecessary parts of your application.

I don't want to say no support, but I have very little support towards this application.

• Check your grammar, you have put some minor mistakes on your application.
• You have not been online much, I do not feel that it is right applying just after you came back to skyblock. I suggest you get used to some changes that may have happened recently.
• You ask people to message you because you've missed so much, as a staff member you should know about your surroundings.
• I am French myself, and believe "incroyable" means incredible / unbelievable?
• Since you are a moderator on this server, I do believe it will effect your activity. You have to give this job 100% of your dedication.
• You say you "tell people not to spam." If someone is spamming, you report them on the forums.

I give you partial support. The application itself is a bit long and there are a few grammatical errors. As for activity, I haven't seen you much in-game and when I did see you in-game you were overdoing the mini-modding a lot. I mean, it's good to mini-mod a bit, but you were doing an unnecessary amount.
