HELP! I cannot connect!
Not to worry, if you try to connect to the server, it says "loading terrain" or "downloading terrain" then it says "disconnected" or such, it's because the anti hacking system we use thinks you are flying. Usually this happens when you have no island and the game's brain goes boom.
What should I do?!
You will need to message an online moderator on the forums or on our discord or teamspeak server, our teamspeak server IP is ts.skyblock.net and the discord link can be found here. Ask an online moderator (Please make sure they are a Skyblock moderator and not a Mineverse moderator) to teleport you to spawn as soon as you log in. You will be asked an ideal time for you to login and the same with the staff member allocated to help you out.

When you have done this, try and find a coop island to join or create a new island to prevent this happening again. Feel free to ask other members for help!​

I think his problem is about his account not sb related

 

He is having trouble connecting to his account, he hasn't experienced any issues when connecting to the server as far as I am informed.
