I say this lots, but I know I'm going to make an effort to change and follow the rules. People say this lots in appeals and most of them lie, but I actually will put the effort into following the rules, unlike what the others say.

I believe after thinking about my actions over and over again, I've changed my thoughts on some stuff. Thank you.

Also remember, I'm still believing rate abuse is where you give 3 ratings to one person not 3 different people.
