I believe the classic old skyblock theme is dying, it's boring, dull, and need's an upgrade.
I have a few suggestions for some new templates that can be customized nicely for the server.

Nope I think you cannot change themes on forums and only use the one that is selected as a main theme.

Anyways, I will go ahead and say Neutral since I don't really like the themes you listed but the idea of a fresh new forum look is great.

You can. Each user can select their own theme if more than one are enabled.

 

Maybe we can add this as a feature for premium members on the forums?

 

absolutely support. frankly, I'm not sure why it has gone nearly five years without any new theme options.

Also, I don't think Cypriot would pay $35 just to have different colours, in my opinion.
[EDIT] This money could go towards helping the issues forums is currently having with going down all the time.

 

Though I do like how the forums is set up right now, it would be nice for a change. However, like TheEpicWotsit said, I think Cypriot should focus on fixing the forums.
