or yanno bring back the /nick cooldown and make sure there's no way to bypass it

 

That is an option but by using my suggestion it means only people who nick abuse suffer the consequences rather than everyone having a cooldown because of a select few.

Oooh lovely idea. Maybe link to a plugin that does this on the thread? Just to make things easier.
Support - it would be cool to hover over a name in an old post so that it doesn't matter whether the user's already changed their nick back.

Support, this is extremely useful, as a lot of players can change their nicks very quickly, therefore not giving people enough time to /re them!
