Spam Swearing in PM will get you kicked, Why? Some Mods don't like it or wont allow it (some don't mind)

Friend A PM Friend B a MC server. Friend A gets temp/perm banned

yeah and stalk the hell out of people's convro's its literally like the government listening to every phone call and every text, and every email. It's wrong and invades privacy. SMod's are usually mature with what they do with it. Like Sean said "I didn't use it because I though it was an invasion of privacy".

No support, sorry. Although I don't like moderators viewing my conversations, it's helpful for them and it keeps them informated on who is breaking a rule.

that could be solved very simple, Promote CHILL mods and ones that are mature

 

Worst suggestion I have ever seen.
This prevents:

• Illegal trades
• UN-permitted PM spam and swearing.
• Nick abuse (they see the command being typed to /nick [name])
• Harrassment.

Go on about privacy invasion all you want, the solution is easy: don't discuss private and sensitive issues on a minecraft server, take it to forums pm, discord, text message, skype etc...the list is endless.

In regards to super mods and managers having it, that still isn't good. There are never super mods on in my timezone so this stuff can happen easily then. Whereas, it wouldn't if it was kept for all mods as they are quite a few on when I am active.
