I'm not supporting you Lyn, sorry. I'm at neutral however. You're not as mature as I'd hoped and I find that you take offense to things fairly quickly. However you've got the passion to be a good moderator. Good luck however.

Anyway, I'm at neutral. I see you in-game sometimes and helping a fraction of the time. You should work on answering questions in /msg. It keeps the page less spammy. The times you may be on are still a little bit confusing . Good luck.

 

Thank you Pingu as of right now, I do feel like I have the maturity, I just have to keep working on it. I also can be sarcastic at some points, which I do realize and I work on a lot this has been a problem in real life, and in game and its not that sarcasm is a problem, I just do it to much. Huh? I do go AFK quite a lot in game / on forums, so maybe that's a reason. Also if its a question about rares / items, I probably don't have the answer, as I don't do any research on that, and I do get a lot of questions about that in game / on forums. As I don't think I've been here long enough to judge anyone's activity on the forums and server yet, I cannot support nor not support your application. No, this is not a neutral either. This is simply some feedback on the application itself.

Your application is certainly better formatted than many. I like how you've coloured the titles and left the main text of the application black - it makes it stand out well. However, I'm not so much of a fan of italicising the entire document - italics should be used for emphasis, and making the entire application in italics makes it harder to read. This is after all the point of serifs - making horizontal lines between letters to make it easier to read. Italics remove any ease the eyes may have.
On the actual content of your application, you've written a fair amount, and that itself is very impressive. However, there is a section where you list 11 qualities. Being a perfect human being as your application describes is great and all, but I would advise focussing on 3-6 qualities that suit you most and go in depth on how you have this trait, evidence that you do have this trait, and why this trait is important for a moderator. Try writing a full paragraph for these rather than a few sentences. The reason I'm saying this is that listing every quality and saying you're great makes for a flimsy argument (substantiate few points rather than having many unsubstantiated), as well as an unrealistic one. No one is perfect.

So, that's my feedback. Maybe after a few weeks I'll be able to give comment on your activity as well. Good luck! ^-^

 

Thank you for this amazing feedback! I will defiantly put more depth into my application, and into my qualities. I myself think that the italics don't make it that hard to read, and I think their okay but thank you for noticing that. Thank you so much and I hope you can be a supporter one day!

Also, the space between sentences did it by itself, I wrote it so it didn't have that, but everytime I try to edit the space, it just shows as there being no space.
