I have to admit, I would love to see skybase all over again. And truthfully, you could charge to have people host skin comps and such there, so it would make some profit for you. I'm not able to help right now, but I will try too at some point.
From the camera angle there is a big building complex to the left with many trade rooms below the walkway to the left and a little forward is a cake build and from the Angle of the camera behind a little ways out is a airplain I'm also a really old player lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is more like some kind of scam. you ask for free materials, free beacons just to rebuild skybase. Later on i bet you will sell skybase for profit and keep the beacons UNLESS Cyp makes it a warp (stuff at skybase wont be yours anymore)
I doubt it, he used pretty much everything he had to build what is done so far. He will keep the island.
