You need to stop asking people to change their support statuses. They will do it when they are ready. Just a bit of advice.

Don't get yourself so agitated because people don't support. You know from your current experience as mod on my server that you do a good job. You have shown me. But now you need to show that to this community. They are in dire need of Mods who care like you do.
Don't ask people to change their vote, they will when they decide to. You can't force people to see change. You never bugged me over and over about changing my opinion. Do the same for the non supporters. Quit bothering them about changing their mind. Quit freaking out so much when someone doesn't support.
Yes 3 Mods voted no support, but consider that they are still human beings, sometimes people seem to forget that.
Just be yourself. Calm down and quit freaking out so much. You don't have to try as hard as you are.

I have seen issues that you need to improve on. Stop acting like you are going to quit. Stop bugging other players so much about changing their vote. And considering my position, please don't fight others back for what they do to me. Its ok if you tell them its not nice, and I appreciate your support. But you don't need to all out attack people because of how they treat me. I am done with the game server for a while as is. Just be careful what you do.

If you act the way you do on my server, then these people will be more likely to support you. Don't shut down this mod app just because of no supports. I know you can do better, and you can show them the way you have shown me. Good luck.

 

Okay, this is by no means an attack personally, however at the current moment I do not think you are ready. I feel like you should work on maturity and start giving people space. I've noticed a couple people as of lately are getting kind of annoyed. Understand that the server is not the only thing, you don't have to push for mod this hard where you need to message people about their support status constantly. Personally I don't think it's healthy and only see you possibly wearing yourself out if you get the position. So basically, I'm not trying to disrespect your spirit, but there's such thing as trying too hard. And that can have negative effects. Now, I may support later. But know these things may take a while to fix. It isnt some "Just fix this tommorow" thing. Best of luck

Bump. I am sorry to everyone that I wasn't active in-game these days, I was in hospital and I am still recovering- I need to rest my head. I need to copy in my notebooks what my classmates were writing these days, and so next week as well. I am sorry for my absence, and I will be a ton more in-game once I fully recover.
