When I say this it isn't actually my friend. But a guy is in trouble and is asking to help, i'm not sure how anymore. Basically, his ("baglino") friend cannot get onto the server ("bernoemi") This is because last time he played he fell in the void at spawn, never created an island and disconnected when he was stuck in the void. Now, when he tries to join he gets kicked for flying. He has no hacks enabled etc. Please help my friend

 

Try and message an online moderator on forums, in-game or on TeamSpeak/discord so that they can teleport the user into a safe position when they login.
