Introduction​

Okay so the server warps are getting pretty old. In my opinion they could do with sprucing up a bit.

I understand Cypriotmerks probably built most of the warps himself and didn't have much time. This is also probably one of the reasons why none of the warps have been updated.

I'm sure that a team of builders could easily add more detail or re build a few warps.
The server is slowly dying so why not nurse it a bit? Over its years Skyblock has done really well. The warps deserve some more attention. Especially the main ones used every day.

Here is what I have in mind:

Warp Grass/Trade - Add ALOT more detail or rebuild.
Warp Crates - Gets its own warp. Make it feel 'magical' or 'special'
Warp Donor - Already plenty of detail; could do with more trades as listed here.
Warp Mob - This should in my opinion be completely re-built or, destroyed. The mob arena seems to have taken over now.
Warp Animal - Plenty of detail and was updated not long ago. Could it be sized up to accommodate more animals?
Warp Illegal - Oh god. Maybe more detail not really sure as it just needs to be informative not pretty.
Warp Die - Nothing to add as its just a plain skyblock island. (Why is it called 'warp die'?)
Warp Stafflist - Doesn't really need any more detail.. However the staff list is in need of updating.
Warp Info - Fairly new warp. Doesn't need anything adding to it.
Please say if I have missed any warps.

I am not asking Cyp to renovate them. I am suggesting a team of players to do it. Of course it would mean we would need permission to build on them.
Only a small group of players would be chosen. I'm thinking 2 or 3.
Their ban/kick history can be checked first.
A Mod can oversee it or something.

Anyway rate this thread in your opinion. The reason I haven't asked cyp to do this is because well... He Has A Life!

 

I was planning to post something like this but it looks like you did it for me! But yeah I would like to see some upgrades to the warps! (*cough*I'm A builder.*cough*) And I would love to help out with this!

I have been banned in the past, but I would love to renovate/restore some of these, for example I could build /warp Stafflist if someone supplied me with an alt *wink*

I mean, we have builders from mineverse I can't see why they can't do it.

or maybe Emerald and I can do it seen as we created a warp

 

I don't think that /warp mob should be removed because if new players need items (like bones or string) and they can't get a spawner, then /warp mob is a place they could go to if they don't want to spend money. (I know there are mob grinders out there, but it's really for the new players)

All the warps are fine how they are. No need for a change.

 

I think they need changing up, support ;D

 

Some of the warps could realllllly do with an upgrade though. At least support for warp donor, there are literally signs saying 'more stuff coming soon' and that isn't happening. I have heard those signs have been there for over a year! :dead

 

Definitely, support.
The warps need a major overhaul. The majority of the warps have not been touched for a while now. Improvements on the warps could definitely attract more players.
