Continous feedback is better than a brief moment of surreal feedback.

 

Players are too afraid of saying anything negative to moderators. There are a few that will and 9/10 they end up banned and players see this and shut their mouths because they do not want to be punished. All these feedback threads spew the same nonsense. It's either "you're great" or "you're inactive".

 

It's kinda B and S tbh. If someone gives negative feedback towards another user, nothing gets done but if they do it to a moderator they get punished for it. Besides the staff are basically the "government" and us players are "everyone else who has absolutely no power or control".

 

I respectfully disagree. The staff are doing their job which is a necessity for a server to be run smoothly. We have the opportunity to suggest improvements, appeal bans whilst giving our point of view, have a friendly conversation with staff, being able to ask for help, etc. How does that make us have no power or control? Yes, people are banned for critiquing mods, but that's usually because people go about it in a negative and disrespectful way. I'm sure if they're approached nicely with positivity they'll take it well and take the feedback into consideration. It isn't our place to tell mods what to do and what they're doing wrong anyway - that's up to Cypriot and NoobCrew. Anything done majorly wrong can be reported. It's not like we have any bad mods - they all seem cool and good at their jobs to me.

 

I've seen people be punished for assertively giving negative feedback, I'm sorry. However I do agree with your points with the opportunities we get like suggesting, getting help and other things. It's just how most people feel, powerless.

Greedy? I play almost 1/2 the day and I see what I see and if I see you not on in one of those 12 hours then that it is inactive to me, now 6 hours is a decent time if you have a job. I’m not disrespectful I’m truthful and I have my opinions.

Perhaps like emerald he can’t ban me on my opinions of him.
