Thank you all for your input. I figured an apology wouldn't mean everything, and that is ok. I know it will take you all seeing me prove it through my actions before you believe it. Congrats I dont have to unlock my profile to be eligible for mod. I locked my profile out of preference.
this was what Dewmellon said in a thread, so credits to her. but what if youre the only mod on forums, and a player needs help. they wont get that help because your profile is locked.
You can always just click start a conversation and bam there u go now he can be on forums, be mod and have his profile limited. problem solved
They can report in the report section of forums or they can private message me. There is no need to post on a moderators profile to get their attention. Although on the server that I currently run, things related to that have Proven to help players reach me easier with their question, so I will give you that much. Good point.
When people disagree with you moderator application like a few people did, respond to them in a nice and pleasant way, saying "I'm sorry for <> and I'll prove to you and others that I can be a better applicant for staff, I can change <> by doing <>" Then once you've finished the "act all nice and sweet part" of your reply, you thank them for their criticism and await the next person. Also you say the word input way too much, you can use other words such as, Thank you for your: Encouragement, guidance, help, instruction, judgement, opinion, proposal, recommendation, suggestion, tip, view, proposition. For me I'm gonna support cause I know how annoying it is when people write a huge paragraph and when you get to the bottom it says no support. Like go away stop wasting my time. ANY WHO, its 1:24am and I'm tired so night.

No chance in hell that you should ever be given a position of authority. You say you've changed but it's obvious you haven't you're the same person. Don't think I'm stupid.
I actually have a position of authority, I have been encouraged to do so because people believe I will do great. So I started a discord server to try it out, and I happen to be doing a fantastic job. Though I disagree with you about the "still the same person" part, you are entitled to have your own opinion. Thank you for your input. Edit: I guess it is a good thing we aren't in hell then.
There seems to be a misconception, you may want to reread the agreeableness part. Specifically the words in bold. just saying

I'm not worried. Whether I become mod or not is entirely up to CYP himself. I am aware that some has to do with the support/no support ratings. I'm not worried if I don't get the position. I just wanted to have a chance to be in a position of authority to be a help to others on this server, however there are those who don't think I would be a good mod. To be honest, the only way anyone would be able to tell how well I would do as mod, is if I got promoted. It's fine though, it seems that people don't see yet my change. I will say this: I am currently a discord server owner, and I am doing a pretty decent job. Thank you for your input.
close the app to save yourself from writing paragraphs to explain stuff dude, 3x the no supports of supports, and I'd wait until it all settles, you've seen whats happened, then reapply?? idk im just thinking that this is going nowhere and nothing personal but honestly i dont think mod would fit you
Thanks for the tip. This in fact would be a good idea. If you had a chance to see how I am currently doing as mod, you would probably think otherwise.
