It came to staff's digression that you have broken over a ton of ifferent forum rules in the past 2 years. You have over 500 warning points, 3 permanent bans, 3 permanent rate abuses, and many other bans/mutes. You kept saying you would change, you promise us this, and some of the times we take your word. Your ban was extended to 3 months, your last ban was 3 months, you're lucky we didn't hold you longer. Everytime you break any rule, your ban will keep extending until we reach the permanent ban, and your appeal will not be excepted unless staff agrees or an administrator requests. (Talking about future bans) Akrill will be handling this, but so will the staff team. You will hear our perspectives on your appeal, and your actions. It's not fair to players that get mistreated with you. You will probably take this out on me, or make a joke out of what I am saying. Alright, let's see. To start off with, your (and Queen's) current ban is because of harassment of another user on forums. My decision was based on what happened in this individual case, with consideration of your history. It resulted in a 7 day ban. However, I was unaware of a decision that was made amoungst the staff, that you were subject to even harsher punishments. This shouldn't come as a surprise, and I know you won't be surprised, because of your very extensive track record. As I was informed of this, the decision for your current ban is that it will be extended with another 3 months after this week ban expires. We have to wait for your ban to expire because Xenforo's system is very fidgety. If some staff figures out a way to end your current ban so that we may add your 3 month ban instantly, naturally it will be done. I don't believe Queen will be subject to the same extension as you will be. Hers should expire when it does and be unbanned. Note: Any staff will be allowed to reapply the 3 month ban, under my authority and permission.
Excuse me but it was actually a one month ban not a three month ban. I can back this up with my last appeal. I want t know where I harassed? Provide proof?
Is this not harassment? And Kato's previous judgement has been overwritten by the collective decision of the entire staff. This means that you are not going to be banned for one month, but instead your punishments will increase with each repeated offence (this time, 3 months).
It will amount to a non-appealable perm ban, if it comes to that. Even if you did refer that to Config, the profile post at the top is undeniably directed towards to 52Phenomenon. That alone is enough to be considered harassment. But everyone involved knows that the comment was not directed towards Config, but it's rather an attempt to cause hesitation by intentionally trying to make it an ambiguous comment. If you're wondering why I would assume this, it's because it's a repeated behaviour from you. It's how you've been doing things, exploiting loopholes to corner other staff in their decisions. The past appeals testify to this. Anything else you wish to have cleared up?
