    Im going to keep this very short and simple: some time ago I bought an unban in the shop for the account Johnnyyy_, but I am still banned on the server.

    Cyp hasnt replied to me in like a year now, and all my appeals are getting ignored, what do I do???

    The same exact thing happened to me. I bought an unban and it didn't work. All I needed to do was contact a mod and it was all sorted out! :)

    I have made at least 3 appeals, 2 private convos, and even tried to contact him in game and through skype, but I haven't got a single reply in over a year

    It's because only Cyp can deal with donation related issues. In addition, this one in particular is Cyp's ban so mods shouldn't be overriding it anyway. Fun has already notified him about this and he told her he will deal with it himself.
