anyone know the best way on to create a double island? is it just luck?

like having 2 islands that you own butt up together to form a big long island

 

Usually people buy islands that their next to them from the people who originally own them. It's very rare though as most people's island neighbours are not active.

I heard that some people contacted cyp to get double islands...however, I'm not sure if it is true/possible...
