Cheesy rates everything rude or offensive, pretty sure 75% of my negative ratings are him
Anyways, the person isn't an actual player on the server so they cant be banned and the staff can't do anything about it, it's the voting site's problem.

No because he doesn't rate you multiple times in a row, but slyly over a period of time. There should be a new rule implemented to stop this kind of rate abuse though.
