This isn't a valid reason to not support someone.

Changing to Neutral. I don't want to say no support because I think that's kinda harsh. You have a nice moderator app. I am now active, but don't see you in game and maybe a couple times on forums. :/ I will change my support status tho in the future, if I see an improvement.

 

I personally prefer when people have fewer points in their qualities section and expand on them further. Find your specific skills and hone in one them: elaborate on exactly why it would make you, in particular, a great moderator. You have many unsubstantiated qualities when you could create a compelling argument for your application with deeper elaboration and evidence.
For your experience as a moderator: have you really not had any experience on moderating, on a server or otherwise? It's worth mentioning any mentoring, supervising, community groups, school councils, heck, even being a leader of a group project. saying you have basically no experience will not help your cause

Get rid of this, it's very unnecessary
You really shouldn't even bother mentioning being banned for lagging: it's not relevant. It's only worth mention if you've broken rules, not if you were accidentally banned by the console, let alone in so much detail. This should be a sentence at most.
I've not seen you online in memory, nor do I see you on the forums very often. Work on your activity.
I'm going to stay neutral, as I only like 'no support'ing if I actively think you shouldn't be a mod, when you mainly need to work a bit harder.
