Why do YOU think you were banned?: I was banned approximately 2 years ago now because I was getting a donor rank upgrade from another player on the server who did purchase the upgrade for me but then later I was devastated to find out he canceled the payment thus leaving me with a chargeback. I traded him several rare items to get upgraded from skygod 250 to skygod 400. So I was banned because of a chargeback that I did not commit.
Was this an incorrect ban?: Well technically no, however I feel there should be a sense of empathy from the skyblock crew towards me because I was obsessed with skyblock. I played a few hours EVERY day. My excitement from going from skygod 250 to skygod 400 can not be explained in words. Then to find out I am permanently banned a week later shook me. It is an ethical reason to ban someone for a chargeback but in my case I did not do the chargeback and I feel like I should be given another chance.
Were you ever banned before on skyblock? If so for what?: Yes. I sold rare items for in real life currency.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?: I think I should be unbanned because I did not do anything wrong or deserve the ban at all. It was another player getting personal gain (my rares) and nothing in return (got his money back with the chargeback). I was a great addition to the skyblock community with my witty comments and kind gestures towards the "noobs" on the server. I feel I helped the server more than hurt it. I also sent a pretty long and concerned email to [email protected] but for some reason it failed to send. So I am hopeful by typing to ya'll here in optimism that you guys can consider my innocence and happy and always up beat mood. I would love to be active on the server again because I have some great building ideas for a casino and what not. Also I want my items :^P.

Anyways, Thank you so much for taking the time to read my appeal. I feel like I can bring life back to the server. Me and some friends are getting back into minecraft and skyblock.net would be the perfect server. I hope you can consider unbanning me because I only come with kind and good intentions. :^)

1. Do you have proof of the trade? (Just so we know)

2. Do you have anything you can show us so we know you aren't lying when you said that someone did it for you.

3. If you have a paypal, show us your chargeback history so we know you did not close anything yourself.

If you don't have these three things, we do not know if you are lying or not.

I don't have any proof or screenshots that prove that I wasn't the one that chargebacked. Also, paypal doesn't show ur activity 2 years ago, only 1 year ago. Soooo yeah. Im kinda at a loss with that in the sense that I don't proof. But there is something I do have. Honesty. If you guys really need proof to unban me I get it but I can assure you another player did the chareback. His username was Daniel(combination of numbers). I really don't know much to say. I just really wanna get unbanned because I have 0 wrong intentions and it feels... bad to say the least, that im banned on the only server i play minecraft on. So, yes I have no proof but I honestly feel like my positivity and honesty outweighs the grudge of leaving me banned.

 

I am happy to see you are taking this maturely. With no proof we really cannot tell if you chargebacked and do not want to pay the money back, or if you are actually telling the truth.

 

Would it be a possibility to pass this onto CypriotMerks? I used to know him quite well in-game and am hopeful that he can downgrade my account to the 250 rank, so that the chargeback isn't an issue and I also wouldn't owe any money. In such a case, my only loss would be the in-game rares which I was robbed of. I'd love another opportunity to contribute to the community in a positive way. Other than that I'm at a loss for words and feel quite helpless other than to dig up the resources to bump me back up to Skygod: 400.

Before i purchase a rank for the server im banned on id like to know if that will even unban me. because i am banned for another play on the sever chargebacking me the purchase from skygod250->2kygod400 if i make that purchase i will get unbanned right?
