Administrative

CypriotMerks: I'm not sure where I should begin with Cypriot. He's a great administrator in general. The best phrasing that could describe him would be, "Jack of all trades, master of none". Maybe that's wrong and maybe he's a master of something... we just don't see what he's a master of. I live on the opposite side of the world and hardly see him, so my opinion on his activity is rather low, but he has a horrid habit of ignoring PM's, no matter what the title may be.

I also know that he gets a lot of PM's and that was why I was originally promoted to forum administrator. Communication could use work, as could banning when anything negative is said. That in itself is very bad practice. You cannot expect your moderators to moderate without bias when you yourself are heavily biased in a lot of affairs.

Noobcrew: I know you trust very rarely, especially after the Justin incident, but you have to open up and trust another person to help Cypriot. Administrators being active and online frequently are a huge boost in first impressions. I remember when you were on daily, talking and having fun with players. I know you've grown up and all, but come on, Crew. I also know you love .net, which is why I became staff in the first place.

I offered many times to take .org off your hands and you denied me each time and now it's pretty much dead because there's no staff for it. Every time I went on .org, it had around five or six players. It became boring to just stand around.

Exstatisfy: As I have said before, you're great in short bursts. This could be because our personalities clash or varying opinions, but I think you're a great mod but at the same time I want you to leave and go back to Mineverse.

Well, I'm no longer staff now, so who cares? I cannot give a proper opinion because the forum moderator rank is pointless. I fought for it for an entire year and gave up on it and then it was added...

You just do nothing here that the super moderators cannot handle. The rank is pointless.

fungamer333: I never really saw you much, especially on time times that I was around in your timezone. The few times I did see you, you were always jumping into sides in disagreements, whether it was public or not. The is an issue with feedback because it's hard to not delve into things that aren't concerned.

You're just not active enough, from what I have seen, to give valid feedback.

KatoKillsMyGPA: Don't really see you much, but I know you're active. Don't really have much to say, honestly.

P.S: You owe me a copy of Prison Architect! The copy you gave me was cancelled due to a chargeback or something.

GeoSkye: Resign, please. You are far too inactive, hardly contribute to anything, and you're just holding the rank for some unknown reason.

Moonlight_Pixels: You're very friendly and open with players, which is a very desirable trait to have. You're doing well.

Myrmwife: You're calm, collected, and very mature in your approach to handling moderation. I honestly feel like I should inform you to always put real life first, but I don't think I need to because you have a great head on you.

I would gladly support a promotion to super moderator.

Sarge: I tried to make this entire thing in French, but I'd've butchered the accent and sounded like a moron. You're a good moderator, you step the line sometimes, but you're good.

Zephyr: Ah! Zephy-boy! You're a good moderator that can have a laugh without being instantly offended by something that was said. It's an admirable trait to have, honestly.

Trial Moderator

Clxrity: You're far too self-insertive, no matter what has been said. You remind me of a feminist that refuses to believe anything besides her own words and this is not an admirable trait, no matter where you are or what you're doing. You may be highly ranked on Mineverse, but that isn't the same as being highly ranked on Skyblock.

Connortim9: You're far too easily offended. I have watched you for a few weeks and noticed a few things about you that would make me support a demotion if a vote was ever called.

Emerald: You, much like Connor, are far too sensitive and you don't deserve moderator, especially after that whole leaking business. You should have been demoted the instant it was known you leaked. Other moderators were demoted for less and you somehow manage to cling to the position and then turned everyone against everyone with another person whispering in your ear.

Your refuse to work as a team, which is critical for staff members, and you ignore problems and then play the victim. You're a terrible moderator and you have no strong points that are holding you there.

FatalDisaster: Don't ever see you. I'm on the fence about you, though. You can be good but you can also have very bad days where you just don't work.

MindSensation: You honestly should be a full mod, no matter what. You're active, friendly, and always around when you need to be. You're always ready to aid players with any question, no matter how foolish, and always seem to be able to repeat good knowledge.

You can be a little standoffish if people hit a nerve, but that's normal.

 

These reviews are exceptionally well written, and I agree with most of them. In general, the staff team is doing a pretty good job but some are getting too inactive.

 

I appreciate the feedback, although I feel it's only based on our encounters. I'm ironically the farthest thing from a feminist, believe it or not xd. I am the type to stand up for my opinion, you're right there, but I like to think I do in a good way. I try see other sides of the story and own up to what I'm wrong about. Nonetheless, thanks.

I don't dislike you, so please don't feel like I mindlessly attack you with negative feedback. We're far too similar and that causes conflict. They say that if you would ever meet yourself you would either fight or you would, uh,... do you-know-what winky face. We obviously fight.

You are a fantastic moderator on Mineverse. People enjoy you there, but Skyblock just works differently and you didn't grasp that as quickly as I expected. Mineverse and Skyblock must be separate as the communities would never be the same.

I did do some digging on you, but not enough for a full spectrum of opinion. I apologise if it came off a little bias.

Thanks Sean, Everything is good in moderation. I do try to balance my home/real life with Skyblock. I do miss ya on the staff team you always make me laugh. I do also feel that it takes a lot of guts to post this type of thread. All I can say is keep doing what you are doing.
