If you had /fly enabled then there shouldn't be a problem, unless it was in PvP or something.

 

I flew with nodus on accident at spawn.

I wouldn't think that there would be a problem with it, if there is some mod needs to tell me I used to buzz around spawn using nodus fly with /fly enabled all the time.

Was it an auto-temp or a mod temp? If a mod did it than I guess that answers my question of if it's allowed or not, if it was auto, why didn't you have /fly on?

 

It was auto. I didn't have /fly because I just joined but accidentally pressed v.
