Ok so, I have a warning to give out. This thread is not going to be good for any sensitive, weak, or younger audiences. So, I'm just going to put it in spoilers as this will contain a good healthy amount of b****ing, a LOT of vulgarity, and potentially calling people out for their s***.

Also, in case some overly sensitive child edits or deletes this. Saving everything and the replies just to repost.
Along with, this is going to sound like a violent post, however, if you reply, make it something that you can make a discussion out of. Something that can be replied to and backed up.

So there’s a few things I want to address in this thread. Some different things, some players, some issues. The first thing I want to b**** about, the f***ing abuse of the staff team. Literally trying to get away with whatever s*** they think they can. There’s been incidents in the past, people like McMuffin and Dirty Ninja have popped up in drama back then. But, that was before, and today it’s getting worse than ever. Like, the staff team used to be tolerable and work together. Now it’s a f***ing wolfpack that have their f***ing egos shoved so far up their a** they don’t know their lefts from their rights. s*** should never have reached this limit. Everyone b****es that you guys don’t work as a team. Newsflash, no one puts in the f***ing effort. I’m going to talk about Sean in a little bit. But I want to address other things first. First off, Jess, or whatever name you call her by. Last night made a tbh, and got banned for it. Like, ok first off, what the actual f***? I don’t know s*** about her, never have really talked to her. But she got banned for a f***ing tbh thread? Are you shitting me right now? She used language she always has, but no, that wasn’t good enough. Since Connortim couldn’t handle what she said, he bans her for a week. It’s f***ing ridiculous. I already was talking to Sean about it, I can’t believe cyp has let the abuse get this bad. And afterwards, I got into with connor, saying “Because you can’t handle an opinion that dictates action?” And then he tried saying he got told to do it, when he said he asked about it and people said he >>could<< do something. After catching him in his words. He deleted all my posts, all of his. And left, but he also deleted my original reply for the tbh? So I reposted “What happened to my post quoting the title? FeelsAbusedMan”. Which got deleted and me rendered a three day reply ban. Which honestly, idek if it’s worth getting it revoked before it ends.

And then, lets talk about emerald for a second. Besides being a nobody, he’s cocky and arrogant. So, he posts on Sean’s tbh, literally gets ripped a new f***ing a*****e. And then doesn’t say jack s***. But no, the little sensitive keyboard warriors that get offended by two words on the internet that call themselves moderators step up. What do they do, report Sean and have it be “Serious”. Which when I replied saying “Tfw honesty gets reported” everyone flips s***, and accuses him of leaking? Like, are you f***ing retarded? Well, that may actually be an insult to people with mental retardation that make smarter decisions than some staff. So I’ll retract that statement and just leave it as, “What the actual f***”. First off, IT’S A f***ING MINECRAFT FORUM. This isn’t a top secret FBI file, this isn’t some secret project. Mods act like the s*** they talk about is important, when mainly it’s just b****ing. Which has been amply demonstrated by kids like emerald and others in ts who can’t say anything to a person face. I f***ing love how kids look to point blame right away and just assume s***. It’s pathetic actually. Sean didn’t say s*** to me… probably because he was asleep because he lives in Australia??????? I mean, but no, middle of the day in EST time zone, yaknow, sean hasn’t been on since last night, but no, definitely had to be him. Literally ANY person with a shred of brain activity could have pieced it together he didnt leak. But nah, that would take effort. Which hardly any staff put into their work. Everyone just wants to get things over as fast as possible. f***ing stupid if you ask me. Most people just apply for the f***ing position title over rather helping people now. And some people who are mods with good intents have very little idea how to do things properly.

Was talking to a friend on snapchat, and was in my conversation with sean at the time. And I just took a picture of my screen, with some random text since I was in a league game queue. And because of one small sentence sean said in our usual bullf***ery of a conversation, they go to it and accuse him of leaking. Like, assumptions need to stop. You don’t get to that f***ing position by doing s*** like leaking and doing shady bad s***. Regarding that person, I talked it out with them to a point, gave them some advice for the future and hopefully worked it out with sean and them. Yaknow, kinda how things are supposed to be done? To be honest, the mod team is a joke. Very few I respect, Kato, Akrill, Krissy, Kerahna, and Geo. Basically all the names I wanted to list after looking at the staff team out of the people I’ve seen around a lot. Sean was probably the best staff. You know why, he did his work correctly and didn’t b**** about it. All a lot of mods do is complain or talk about it. Sean literally listed where he went through multiple threads and corrected everything wrong with procedure and everything he fixed. And guess what, he didn’t say s***, he didn’t want attention, he didn’t ask for gratification. Unlike all the mods today who deal with one f***ing report or appeal and have to go tell people about it like it’s their life story. Or mods just expect to be all high and mighty, respected, not questioned, just given gratification for their work. Like, what the f***, you should do the job you applied for and not care about gratification. But nah, all people care about is the title of mod and being a “public figure”. This is directed at you emerald, I’m SOOOOO glad we have such an astounding mod that cares so much about attention you would resign for a “valid reason” and then suddenly just decide “Nah I want my mod back”. Either leave, or stay a mod. No one really cares.

So, not sure what some are going to think about this thread. But honestly, if you act like a little b****, I’m going to treat you and talk to you like the b**** you are. Earn the f***ing respect you want. Notice Sean’s profile? People want to stand up for him and have him back. Emerald, if people resigned, people would probably clap. Like, man, I thought dirty ninja, or blaq was disliked, but you, looool the posts on your profile that you have to delete because you can’t handle the truth. The people you talk to that I know said it would be hilarious for you to be demoted and call you a baby because all you do is b**** and whine to people or about people behind their backs, along with not being able to handle having one bad word spoken about you. Then there’s just this…

Like, literally the worst I did last night while arguing was say I have no idea how immature kids like him got staff. s*** is hysterical that these kids are allowed any type of power. Although, must be a high point in their life to have some sort of virtual power over people, having a sense of virtual authority must that you abuse must be nice for some sort of inferiority complex.

Sean pointed out so clearly in another thread that “Another glaring issue is that there was zero communication during this incident and I have the PM’s to prove this. People cannot say that I didn’t intend to work all this drama out when it hit a critical point.” So, I’m just beginning to wonder is Sean is one of the only responsible staff. Literally tmods are so f***ing trigger happy they give punishment whenever they can. He then went on to show about how he actually tried talking to three people and was just flat out ignored. Sigh… the f***ing insolence. There’s no respect in the team, it’s basically a fight for power. While kids like emerald hide behind others, along with ones like connor and others, some full mods, they hide behind permissions. I’m still wondering why the incidents of emerald leaking hasn’t been looked into. But the thing is, Cyp really doesn’t care about drama, tries to avoid it, I’ve dealt with a lot of it with him as well, it's retarded to deal with and I can see why after knowing him for years why he likes to stay away from it. But people keep bringing it to him. So, I feel like emerald and the abuse like with connor making such an unjustified ban should be looked into. The abuse has gone so f***ing far, it’s ridiculous it’s being allowed to continue like this. Sean also listed that he was continually poked at by emerald and people around him before he finally let off some steam, and because a little kid can’t handle the truth, he runs and cries. Point being, Sean should be repromoted, one of the most active staff, one of the staff that put in the most work because of how he works. It was a mistake to demote him, and if he stays demoted, the team and the site is going to go downhill. All these people that go to cyp b****ing on a one sided story, and being bias. It’s stupid they’re f***ing crying so much. In an actual job, you would just shredded by a boss or CEO for being a f*** up. And you applied to do the JOB of being a moderator. So… stop complaining, suck it up and do the f***ing thing you all wanted to. Or just resign?

I didn’t know how to start this thread, and haven’t talked to cyp regarding this drama because it’s f***ing retarded and I know he doesn’t like it. But yet, this site can’t be run by 14-16 year olds that have no idea what the f*** they’re doing and only take a one sided view. They can’t f***ing handle a harsh word against them, and they definitely can’t do Sean’s job. They act like they run this s***, when they actually need a f***ing reality check. This team needs to be reevaluated and some effort put into it, protocal, and organization.

Now, no matter how vulgar this is, or how vulgar replies are, I want it to be kept to a conversation people can have with what language they use. If it gets to flamey I’m going to ask for it to be cleaned up. Now, as for everything, this is my opinion, with examples that show the proof. So feel free to post what you think.

Also, would like to point out, Sean shitting on emerald neither resulted in him being banned nor his posts deleted. Sooo, I see no reason why this should be closed nor punishment inflicted. I look forward to having a discussion to any replies though.
