I think its your personality to be honest that I don't like. There's a lot of other mods who have personalities that I dislike. I guess just from my experience with mods, I get the read that you would be the type of mod that I don't like.
The staff team as it stands lacks humanity, and I don't see you bringing humanity to the table. From your app alone it looks like you're just another drone.
With that being said, I have no qualms with you as a person, but I just don't personally see what I, MYSELF, want in a mod.
