Is it really possible, to get Creeper/Skelly heads from killling them?

    Today there was a discussion in the chat, if its possible to get Creeper/Skeleton Heads from killing them. There was someone who said there is a chance for getting 1 at about 3000:1 is that true? Please reply!!
