Almost 3 months as a trial moderator, wow. I can't believe I made it this far in the process. Thank you for everyone who made this journey for me, you are a big help. Anyways, I'd like some feedback on things I can do, things I do good, things I do bad, etc. so I know how to improve my mistakes. You can use constructive criticism, I don't get hurt easily. Constructive criticism does NOT mean to be rude.
You are great moderator, you help people out, you don't swear and you're nice, good luck on becoming full mod
You're quite good at moderating, just I'd personally like to see you being more active in-game. (I'm just going off of how much I see you in aussie times, so don't worry 'bout it)
I see you in-game a lot. I don't really like how you handle reports, though. I think you resolve them too quickly without really asking any questions or getting the full story etc. Also, whenever I see you in-game, you log off really quickly and only come on for a couple minutes at a time. You're also afk a lot of the time you're on as well.
I haven't noticed if you still do it, but I recall you going AFK a lot and for long periods of time. If you're going to be AFK for longer than 10-15 minutes, I suggest logging out. That's the only criticism I can give you as you're a great Mod.
I know not to go that long, sometimes it's an emergency and I end up having to. Most of the times I only go afk for around 5-15 minutes.
