All these things are being added to net, and net is so important. I get it. It has more players. BUT why can we not worry even a fraction of what we do for net, for org? Org is dying. We need more players and need to bring our community back. #IStandWithOrg #MakeOrgBetter #WorryAboutUsOnceAndAWhile
Hmm...no hiring of new mods, fewer sales and perks than Net, no Org coupons given to Top 5 Voter rewards...if they have no intentions of helping Org, they should inform people ahead of time, convert their ranks and assets to Net values, copy/paste some of the islands over if it can be done (higher chance of Org players giving Net a shot) and just shut it down.
I agree. If we wont give org some time in the spotlight then we need to make it fair to us by moving us over completely.
its quite unfortunate. they don't even care about org, i don't give what the moderators say about cypriot trying to make org start up again. the truth is he doesn't care. what i would do if i had a rank on org, chargeback and go to net. fullstop.
We really do need org to be better. I kind of like the idea of a skyblock dollar currency, but its not as good as it could be. I don't go there often, but I am there often enough to know that it really needs help. I love the unique rank prefixes, but as EquineShanghai said if I had a rank in org I would chargeback too. From what I seen, it looks like the server is being greatly neglected and not being taken care of or improved. I would love to see org get better myself, I feel that with its unique aspects, if it was helped more, that I would definitely be a more frequent player on org. But right now, just my opinion, its being left as garbage. Its really too bad that it isn't cared for and improved as much as net is.
to help out with this, everyone should start trying to be a little active on it, even if you are alone, and just build something slowly. if people see that we are on, then they may join and we can rebuild the server we once knew!
The hard thing about that is that the majority of us are hooked on net and have ranks on net. Whereas some of us skygods, like me, have no ranks or perks on org. So not really sure that anybody is willing to do that, besides the fact we don't do it BC it needs to be improved. Like most people we are attracted to the better server, so why would we switch from a better server where we have ranks to a neglected server where we don't have ranks?
If the skyblock.org ip actually re-directed you to org while .net re-directed to net, could possibly get more new players there. I mean, a lot of players probably don't even know /economy takes you there. I can't even rememeber the last time I saw that "do /economy" in-game announcement anymore, if it's still there.
I can't remember the last time j saw that announcement either. It doesn't happen very often if at all. What you suggestedwould definitely help.
