Preface
Welcome to my Moderator Application. I'm Jay. It’s so very nice to meet all of you who are reading this. But furthermore enjoy my application.

Yes, I have various types of tools such as Lightshot and Gyazo. Also to record I have Bandicam and excellent recording software.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
Yes, but it was a false ban.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
The reason I believe I should be a Trial-Moderator is why the other want to be staff to. For me provide a service to players who are in need of my help. If they are getting apparent glitches, harassment, bullying, getting teased, or just asking for a simple thing like how to create an island I will help them. Unlike, others who laugh because there non-donors. I also am on longer than most of the staff are which is a big advantage point for me. Furthermore I will be able provide assistance to players on the forums and server because of how long I’m on. I believe I would make a good addition to this outstanding staff team. I've also had some experience in the forums of the sorts of things people need help with. Overall, I just hope I can become a good Trial-Moderator that people can look up to. Furthermore here are some of the traits I show.

Traits?

Fast Typer
Over the time when I have been playing minecraft and been on the forums my typing has been becoming a lot faster, and now I'm usually an average typer when I take the typing test. As well as this will help me a lot because, if someone is needing my help I will be able to type very fast to them.

Responsibility
I understand the responsibility of being mod like making sure you have evidence of a griefer by using /logblock. Screenshots of fly hackers and etc. I know that I can handle all of this.

Calm
If you want to be mod you need to be very calm. Well one reason is because, if you're not calm you can do the wrong things, and can make a big deal if people see you doing the wrong thing.

Friendly
I'm always friendly to everyone even if they be rude to me I don't make it a big deal because then people would see that I'm not friendly and am not calm enough to become a mod.

Active
For mod, you will need to be very active so if and when I become a mod I will be very active. This is also so very important because if people see you inactive they will know that you don't play the server and won't know how you act.


Leadership
I know I show leadership because I play soccer and am a left back. I have to control that defense so we don't lose our shape. Just like skyblock I need to show leadership to the skyblock community so it doesn't fall out of it's shape and turn chaotic.

Patient
I never get frustrated if I have to wait because I know in life sometimes you need time to get the hang of things and figure out how everything works. I think being patient is important because I still may not be picked for Moderator right away. Also a lot of people are slow learners and it might take them a few minutes or hours before they understand something. But you need to be patient about things and I'm very patient.

Respectful
I pay full respect to the owners,non donors,ranked players, and mods as much as I can.

Un-Biased
I am, not biased because if someone makes a moderator application and I don't like them, it's not like I give them an automatic "No-Support" just because I don't like them. Also if my friend has grieved someone I would punish them just as much as a regular griever/spammer would be punished.

Knowledge
I have been playing skyblock for a long time now and know my place around. My knowledge with forums is very good. I know how to help people, and tell people if they are doing something wrong. People always need some sort of help whether or not in-game or forums.

Trustworthy
I'm trustworthy 100% I have been trusted on many islands and I have never even tried to grieve one. Also I have never been untrusted from any of the islands I have been trusted on.

Safe Account
I have a very safe account because only my parents know my password for minecraft. Also since I have 2FA no one is able to get into my account

Friendly
I'm always friendly to everyone even if they be rude to me I don't make it a big deal because then people would see that I'm not friendly and am not calm enough to become a mod.

Helpful
Being helpful is an important part of being moderator. I'm always helpful because it's just something I love doing.

Handling Arguments
I’ve very good with handling argument. Saying if someone scammed somebody I would handle it fairly and ask for proof. Also such as if there were a debate on whether which side seems more neglect able and which side seems more confidential. In which I mean I handle everything with fairness.


How long can you be active on the server every day?

I go to school from 7:20AM - 2:10PM everyday of the week. But here’s a chart of time I can be on for each day.

How long have you been playing Skyblock?
Around 11 months to 1 year.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I’ve been moderator on a couple of servers like (server names deleted). They are small servers with like 100-150 people on a day but they both closed down. Although I do know moderator commands such as.

/tp (Player name) - Allows a tp to a player.

/tppos - Allows a to XYZ coordinates.

/tphere (Player Name) - Let's a player automatically tp to me.

/kick (Player) (Reason) - Kick a rule breaker from the server.

/mute (Player) (Amount of Time) - Silence a player from talking.

/tempban (Player Name) (Amount of Time) (Reason) - Tempban a player for an amount of time before he and she can join back.

/ban (Player Name) (Reason) - Bans a player from joining the server until making a ban appeal.

/endersee (Player Name) - See a player's EnderChest.

/invsee (Player Name) - Allows you to look inside a player's inventory.

/st - Talk to the friendly staff members online

/lb - Used logblock and see who griefed a player.

It's a nice application but I suggest you move the traits section into 'why do you think you shouldn't become mod?'.

Ingame I see you a bit - but we have different time-zones. I would like to see you help a bit more

No support. You seem a nice person and all, however you literally just finished getting the requirements. I haven't personally seen you active in game (but you are in forums,, that's a plus). I don't often see you helping out in game. You also didn't fully explain why you got banned, it did say (why), and I feel that it would be best if you explained that. I would suggest that you be more active on forums and in game, help out more in game, and explain why you got banned (though it was a false ban, as it would help). If you haven't read the rules for the server and forums yet, I would suggest you do that (not assuming you didn't.). Also I would like to see a higher post count, and an "active member" tab. For now, no support, however if I take note that you improve upon these things I will change my vote.

 

Understood I will start working on moving the traits. Also I will try my hardest to help out more so thank you very much!

1) As far as I see you are fine
2) I think you are a nice person to be on forums.(Although I haven't seen you in-game)
3) Also to point out. Idk if you are doing it or not but don't start copying and pasting the mod commands because I don't think that is a right thing to do. Its like showing your old ID to a police officer and thinking you will be fine with it. If you don't know its fine. I don't know ANY mod commands but someone will teach me when I do (eventually) become a mod.
