I am not saying you don't have the right to think butts are funny. I was just giving an example of a sense of humor. Also, 12 and under are children, 13+ are teens. As I was growing up, majority of children were very immature. I am not saying that only children are immature, but teens can be immature, and even adults sometimes.

Well, as I said, it depends on how they act. Although, Majority of younger people aka 8, 9, 10, are immature. Also, babies are not fully developed which makes them immature. Mature can be defined in two ways; Not fully developed or a childlike sense of humor.

I'm pretty sure what defines a teen is having the word teen in the number. Thirteen-Nineteen. That's how I define it.

Then again is 18+ an adult? I'm not sure where you guys are from but that's the defining age where I live.

and to add, I'm pretty sure immature people have a bad decision making power. That's something huge when I would try to determine if someone is or is not immature.

Like I said, different standards where you live. 18 here in Alberta basically is a huge change. It's even what's called officially here being an adult. So it all depends where you live.

 

Its the same thing in USA. 18 is considered a big change here too.

You are a teenager still and a young adult. Young adult starts at 18, but you are still a teen. Eighteen has teen in it. And you are considered a young adult till you hit 25.
