Exactly. And I was slammed for my opinion. But its how it works. You don't need an opinion. Each staff member never made a thread asking if they should apply. They did it and when the time was right, promoted. This is a personal choice, you either want to apply, or don't. Don't let others deter you and even if you don't get supported, you just apologise for what you did wrong, be cool about everything, be positive, don't argue and try again.

That was a bit aggressive mate, it's not really polite to be abrasive like that. The real question is, was, and always will be in this thread (Since archer made it): Should I become mod? I believe that a person should try to keep on topic in regards to the discussion, and not go out of their way to be aggressive to someone.
it wasn't aggressive, not when you look at it logically and I wasn't there to set the tone in the situation, so you shouldn't be one to judge.... "mate"
