I believe that the point of this thread was to discuss what immaturity is, what makes a person immature, and how it is being overused. I personally think that starting to accuse others of immaturity in this thread, and fighting over who is immature and who is not is immature. Just saying. I feel like we should try not to fight please.

Immaturity, in my eyes, is the inability or refusal to understand (note the difference between "understand" and "accept") a viewpoint that is different from one's own. This would also mean that an immature person would force his or her assertions upon others solely based on opinion rather than fact or reason. That being said, maturity is an extremely subjective matter; no single thing, person, or idea can be universally considered as "immature" or "mature." It all depends on the judging party. Perhaps this means there is no such thing as "perfect maturity." Food for thought.

For example I'm a cheeky bastard who will argue with you until my throat dries out if it means I can make you see things my way. Personally, I think this makes me immature, but hey, maybe you think it makes me mature. Huh.
