I can do a few things. I did my current pfp in about 5 minutes in PhotoShop when I was bored. I can do a bit more elaborate things as well, it depends what you're looking for

You can download Photoshop cs2 online for free if you don't have Photoshop at all. Try it out and see if you enjoy it?

prodesigntools.com, find the CS6 section and download the two parts. Install as trial, replace trial amtlib.dll with cracked one from thepiratebay and boom you just got photoshoppded.

or do all of that except crack it, and have the trial for 30 days instead. works just the same.
