Hey guys!

So I just came up of a better idea then my last suggestion (/warp mine), introducing... /warp bank!

Basically, /warp bank is a place where you can store all of your currencies, rare, and literally anything you want to keep safe! Each and every player will get a double chest 'privated' so only that player can access it. People can buy tickets from /lottery directly from the bank using the command /lottery buy bank. They can also pay for items being sold at 'player created' tradeshops if the correct currency is (a)not in the players inventory and (b) if the currency is in the players chest at /warp bank!

/warp bank can also be helpful to players restarting/buying islands! They just put their stuff in their double chest at /warp bank, and all of those items are in that chest will be available to the player after they have a new island!

As always, this is just a suggestion, but I thought is was a pretty cool idea. Please let me have your opinion in the comment section in this thread.

That's the only issue I see with the suggestion because it'll allow island farmers to continuously farm them back to back.

 

I love the idea. I build a lot, so I have loads of chests and inv space loaded with building items, and a lot of times my rates get in the way. I would love to see this come into play. As a builder like I am, I could just hold building materials in my inv and it would be easier to buy materials. Love the idea mate, stay classy.

 

I must say this is a GREAT IDEA! mhmm but could use some ajustments like instead of alot of doublechests with names and privite signs maybe their could be 1 doublechest like a enderchest and pplz just put their stuff in there not seeing anyones else stuff because it would be like a enderchest

Edited: There would be ALOT of doublechests if their was a dc for each person lol

 

I do have to say that IS better than the double chest! Good suggestion.

 

There's already a plugin that is pretty much like a double enderchest, called PlayerVaults.
Basically, all it is is just like your enderchest, but bigger.
Also, it could be used as a donation perk where you get more vaults.

I mean, this is basically just what an echest does, no? I don't really see a need for storing rares outside of the island, except to enable farmers. And if you're wanting to start new, you can always echest or have a trusted friend hold the items for you, or an alt account even.
It's a good idea in theory, I'd support it if we could work out some of the details, but honestly, I don't want to add any other plugin-type things to the server until the current lag/packet situation is fixed.
Because let's be real, it would either need a plugin, or 24/7 staff management which is too difficult and a waste of people hours.

I'd support you 100% but I realized it would be to hard. Over 100 players and such a small /warp bank for all those players. It would run out of space. Also this is exactly like a double chest with a private sign on it. Unless you can figure something better I'll boost up to 80% so for right now Neutral

This sounds like a great idea, but if you consider the amount of unique people that have been on the server, there will be LOADS of double chests. Maybe players can somehow sign up for a chest.

 

Orrrrrr if this became a donor perk?
Like, only donors 100 and up? That way it's exclusive, it would encourage people to donate, and (hopefully) the donors are smart enough to not waste $100 and get banned for island farming.

That's really the only way I could see this even being a potential.
