About a year ago was the last time I had decided to play minecraft. Ever since then I would download the game just to play on one server for about ten minutes because my old computer was absolute crap. The few times I reinstalled the game I decided to change my username. Until about a week ago I decided to come back and just play for real. I had a new computer and missed playing on Skyblock especially since I had a rank I was proud of. When I first came on I thought that I was on the wrong server. The lobby looked completely different, my rank was gone and I was confused. Two people in my family had paid for stuff on the server, and I did my self. I do remember that my rank was red but I don't think it was immortal, I don't really remember. My godfather (the one who bought me premium) is on a cruise right now so I dont have the code from him. But! I do have a code from when my aunt bought me something on here. (I think it fly) The only thing that sucks is I dont know If I can find the codes from when I bought stuff (All the upgrades) I'll keep looking and keep it updated. I do know that my old names are "coolcrafter123" (something like that) "Jewels_xX" So yeah the code is down here. Oops, that's what I meant. Sometimes I type faster than my brain. Here's the solution: After the thirty days are up, change your name back to the original name that held the rank. Log on to Skyblock and see if you got your rank back. If you did, great! If not, notify the staff. After another 30 days is up, you can change your name back to what you wanted, and you will still have the rank.
Back when you could first name change, ranks were by name not uuid. Probably the reason why you lost your rank. Also the "premium" rank is the 5$ rank on mineverse, you should logon there to see if you have it.
The only thing is I don't remember which name I had when I bought the ranks. I had like different names then. I'm pretty sure my name was coolcrafter something but I'm not sure. Is there anyway that an owner or something could put in the confirmation code that I provided, and see what name I had when I bought it?
I believe you have the wrong server. A year ago we never had ranks premium and no rank on our servers are red except staff. No rank was ever called immortal. This would explain your confusion. Due to inactivity I will archive this.
