do keep in mind that a person can change. He did admittedly mess up his chances at the moment, but I believe he can improve and change.
to prove to everyone that he's mature enough, a couple of months. of course he can be mature beforehand, but to gain people's trust, at least mine, takes a couple of months
I disagree that someone so immature that they need to swear in order to get a point across should become moderator. I don't want "Get roasted" in my or other players' kick/ban messages every time.
I'm sorry but if I'm correct, you were the one that made the posts on 9/11 substitute jokes, right? That did really offend me and a lot of other people. If you are serious about becoming a mod This is not a great start for you, isn't it? If you were to make an application I would have to say no support. You aren't ready, but that's only my opinion.
This is a joke I believe your not ready for this position. You also are disagreeing with people who say no.
You know, I can make jokes about the holocaust and admit my wrong doing too. People will still lose their respect towards me, and more importantly I will still be wrong.
Archer, you have proven to everyone here that you are not ready for the responsibility of something like mod, please give further information to prove me wrong. Anyway good look
The problem here is he is asking a question and people are jumping down his throat saying some insignificant 9/11 thread thing makes him a bad applicant. So of course naturally people get defensive. Regardless making threads like these prove enough that you shouldn't apply at the present. Why? Because if you need the blessing of the player base then you are not trying for mod for the right reasons. If you ask for feedback you need to accept the feedback. If it's not what you hoped, then delete the thread. Your chances are not affected by any thread but this one.
I get your point but that was never my intention-to get attention and to get slammed with 9/11... All I wanted was to get other's opinion on this choice.
