    Hi everyone! As most of the community is probably aware, over the past month or so there has been an increase in people experiencing difficulty logging in to the server, but only affecting some players and not others. Myself being one of those affected. While a solution is still in the works, I just wanted to get a general idea of how many people are having difficulty logging in, and how many people are not.

    Currently the scope of the problem is unclear. Maybe there are a ton of players experiencing it but aren't speaking up, or maybe it's just a few but seeming like a lot due to those queries piling up unresolved in the help section.

    It's important that people who are not having any trouble at all also vote, so we can get a more accurate estimate of approximately what proportion of the community is affected. I know this only catches a small slice of the player base but it is still better than nothing.

    I am almost certain that the lag and issues are from the new "improved" anti-cheat. However I did take the Servey, but I forgot to screenshot the thank you bit. I added the smiley face in the photo so no one else can claim it as theirs.[​IMG]

    Hopefully something will be done once the numbers get in. Its annoying to constantly be kicked for little to no reason at all and then struggle to rejoin for another 10 minutes. Also: your spoiler messed up and split in two, one is empty.
