    You were banned for charging back a rank or something you bought. If a player bought you a rank or something recently then they could be charging back.

    I didn't charge anything back (I didn't buy the rank.) Also, why? There's no rule against it...

    you didn't take any screenshots at all of the deal?
    We need some way to prove that he was the one that upgraded you, so he can be banned.
