So my suggestion for island expansions is a way to buy the bordering islands for your use. Maybe add a buycraft perk from the web store for around $25-$50. You'd get to select which direction you wanted the bordering island such as north, east, south, and west if the islands beside you aren't being used by another player. A way that could stop your island from being destroyed by a new player spawning in is for either Cyp or Crew to login and destroy the bedrock on the bordering island that the requested person chose to buy.

 

Support. With there not being quite as many players as there used to be anyways, there are tons of extra islands that could be used without interfering with others. Plus, it'd be nice to have more room to build on without having to buy an alt and leave your island completely.

I never complete an island, but I like having space. Plus, everything won't have to be stacked. You can spread your machines out and such without having them on 20 different levels.

Yes, but it's still PART of YOUR island. Worth a few extra bucks imo.

 

Honestly I just wish that there was no worldguard. It would let me build out onto inactive neighbors. And sure it would make the mods' jobs harder but through the stories I've been told: mods were more like police when there wasn't worldguard, now they're more babysitters.

Eh, what if they became active again? Then they would be able to destroy everything you've built. I'm straight on that one. I support Worldguard to an extent. I think that's one of the few perks, honestly. That you can't. I'd be mad as all get out if I came back from a break on here, and someone had ravaged my island and built what they wanted. Rip lol.

 

I support and agree with Zephyr. All four islands surrounding mine, the owners have absolutely no logs, meaning they haven't played in years.

 

Very good point. To argue, I think that islands should be removed after a year of no use.
