My lord! This is the biggest application I have EVER seen. It was like reading a book! You seem mature and you can speak a lot of languages, and it seems you can speak English better than I can, and I was born in America! Your application is very detailed and obviously took a lot of effort! Although I haven't seen you in chat before, it probably is from lack of paying attention to chat. You seem like a nice guy and a person who would be a real help to the moderating team. Out of all the mod applications I've ever seen on this server, yours is probably the best.

This application is very long. I suggest shortening it and make someone actually want to read it.
But, it does look like you have put loads of effort into this application, so I do see potential.

I am neutral. My only suggestions will be to be more active and shorten the application. Try using a smaller type and cleaner font.
