You need to select the image icon while in the signature editor and paste the image URL to make it a full image.

To make sure, what you want is 'Flow' on a background of my choice where the rest of the layout is also up to me to come up with.

I am not entirely sure myself but if I'm not wrong you right click an image and select copy image or copy image URL if that is an option.

Also you could try to drag the image into the search bar, if your browser allows that, to later copy the url from there.

Edit: if it doesn't work or if you get confused watch a tutorial or ask a mod
