Firstly, I'm not claiming that this "doxing" ban is incorrect, I'm clearly just stating I want proof of it being me. (Yes I'm Stel)

Secondly, contrary to popular belief I didn't have anything to do with this sloppy attempt at carrot thieving and thus I'd like to see some proof of me having any part to do with the orchestration of this procedure.

Lastly you cannot "extend" my ban by a month. This is a clear indication that you're not taking this seriously and that you're being in my eyes doing a sloppy job with moderating.

Furthermore I'd request that a supermod take over this clearly biased ban.

Before I have another super-moderator take over this appeal, I'm going to provide my input and the evidence, as it was my ban.

First of all, you were banned for much more than just DoXing. You DoXed Agent, then proceeded to to tell her that you would SWAT her if she continued to "mess" with you. You were banned for one month for doing so, which honestly should have been for longer, as you're a repeat offender (see past appeals with lemonade).

The evidence for this ban is linked below, and it was approved by administrators.

Yes, Stel, you did. You were apart of a group chat on Skype where you outlined how you purchased Voyageur donor250, and how you, Cheesy, Quietus, and Cave were complicit in taking major part of the account. Cheesy already admitted to doing so, and in doing so, further incriminated you and the others involved in the group chat. I've had multiple people from that chat confirm that it was in-fact you, but they will remain anonymous to protect their identities. I'll include this evidence below, and, again, it was approved by the administration team.

I'm "not taking this seriously," and doing a "sloppy job with moderating," really? If anything, I'm taking my job very seriously here, as I'm doing my best to ensure that people who commit the same offense as you know to stay away from our forums. As for extending bans, it's a common practice that's always been around. If you took a look at the Ban Appeal Forum Ruless you'll see what I mean. Ask any other moderator, it's something that we're perfectly allowed to do.

Note that it wasn't just me who reached the decision to ban you. It was multiple moderators that I talked with to ensure the fairest ban time possible.

Lastly, the primary reason your ban was extended that you failed to mention was because you and others attempted to frame another user for being an alternate account. You messaged me, Krissy, and Sarge, stating that you had an alternate account and were attempting to "cop" moderator on said account. The images you sent us of you "logged on" to the account were later determined to be created with either inspect element or photoshop. We trusted you at the time, as you'd done similar things in the past before. After realizing that what you had told us was indeed false, your ban was extended due to you attempting to frame another user (along with the alternate account).

As I said in the last appeal, you're following a pattern here. You attempt to weasel your way out of the ban using whatever loophole you can find, then only when you're faced with no other alternative, you apologize. Usually, when you apologize, your appeals are accepted. However, it's pretty obvious to me that you're not really sorry and that you don't really care about you've done to hurt other people. This appeal right here as well as your alternate account name is further evidence of that.

I agree that this is correct, I did do that. Yes, I'm very grateful that you took into consideration that you're taking a kind approach to this.

Looking further into what you've said yes, I still dislike you as a moderator, but that is an opinion and I can think what I want.

Lastly, think what you want but nothing server or forum related has anything to do with this.

Furthermore I might just add that I know it was Aime Rellur and Fernzi that concluded this operation by snitching.

I ain't gonna try weasel my way out of this?? I've already admitted that I'm wrong, asking for proof isn't weaseling my way out of it. I made the name since I actually think this ban was abusive.

Finding loopholes aren't illegal, you can't use this as a way to deny my appeals.

KatoKillsMyGPA I'd like so sincerely apologise for my behaviour, I know that you're busy and may not reply soon but something I wanted to add in was;

I'm extremely remorseful for anything that happened in a destructive or uncomfortable way towards Agent, I'd like to write you a personal apology note for my behaviour and explain how serious my actions were.

Secondly I'd like to apologise to FrutieDino93 for my rude and boisterous actions in an attempt to frame you. I will be creating a private message apologising for my actions.

On a final note I want to apologise to the staff team and community for my disgraceful and shameful attempt to carrot-thieve. I thought that by doing this I could "wipe my plate clean". It was in no way to be malicious and I'm extremely sorry for those that were effected with my behaviour. Upon my unban / when I'm unbanned in march I'll be making a discussion explaining my behaviour and why I did it.

Furthermore I'd like to apologise on behalf of all those that were involved. I promise no actions like this shall happen again. If you agree to unban me I will agree to be on a very tight leash. One slip up and I'm banned. I will not swear or break any forums rules for a month. (Not saying I will ever again, this is more or less a probation period.)
