    I forgot to bump this.
Also, xphstos37, I have changed the list of applicants, so please review and reconsider your rating.

I hate to say it but you are one of the best options we have.

Also, question, did you receive a tag when I edited that post?

I don't think .org needs any more staff than it currently has, given the extremely small size of the server, however there are too many mods who get on once a week with no concequences, demote these people, and promote some that are actually willing to do their job. A server this size really could function off of 4, active, dedicated mods.

Sure, org doesn't need too many mods because of how small it is.
But I would like to say we need a wider range of mods from different timezones, this way when other mods are at school, asleep or at work, we have others that may be at home that can hop on and assist the players.

Org is going downhill, I believe Cypriot is not going to promote anymore org mods since the server is dying.

    Horrible?
    I have to disagree.
SakuraWolf, GeoSkye, Sega_inc and Krissy are all amazing moderators.
They've helped many players, in many different ways and still continue to do that. Sure, mods can be inactive but I find it fair for them to put their life and work first rather than the server.
They are dedicated to their work and what they do for the server, which benefits them and the players. They're the people who keep the server running, they're the people who understand and have knowledge of the server, hence why they are mods.
If they are horrible, why would they be promoted?
Why would Cyp promote someone if they're not able to do what is instructed?
Since org is a small community, it means that there is not as much players to keep control of, unlike net. But that doesn't mean they don't help and are 'horrible'.
Things need to be approved on the forums, accounts need to be banned, spambots are removed, etc.
From personal experience when moderating on this server, those were the mods that helped me learn the commands to do the job I needed to do in both in-game and forums. They were the people who gave support and help to the new mods on Org, and I wouldn't of able to do crap without them.
And heck, I applaud these mods, they've been around for so long, continuing to support this server.

Simply no net supermod whos a full mod on org needs to be active as most were automatially promoted and never asked... aka Blaq and Kera. Cyp himself said so why worry about demotions.
They are not impacting other mods' promotions. I would love a dedicated team but the first mistake of small servers is the community having more staff than players.
I just think the current org only mods should do their thing and things will be fine for the small player base of the server.

Exactly. So get rid of those who aren't able or dedicated enough to hold their position, keep those who are, and find others that would. Not going to go into detail, but I can tell you from experience that if you have 4 or 5 active staff members, that's all there even needs to be, maybe 2-3 in the US, 1-2 in Australia, and 1-2 other if needed. But it's just sad to go through applications when there are so many people who would do great in the position, so let the better person have the job, and get rid of weak links. Just have to put the time into making sure the staff team is more solid than it is, but if you ever want to bring that server back to life, that'd be the first step.

And as such if Cyp said its not an issue than when he promotes he doesn't take that into consideration. All thats needed is actual active org players as staff. The others don't even need to factor in.

Cyp just doesn't want to promote staff and all we can do is convince him a couple more wont hurt.

    First off thank you lovely.
Secondly, I'd just like to point of that most, if not all of the mods on Org are 18+ and have things outside of gaming to worry about, and have less time on our hands than some of the younger mods might. So as Sophia said 'I find it fair for them to put their life and work first'.

Support. .org REALLY needs mods, people are inappropriate there, it is basically the dirty version of skyblock.net. :eh
