This thread really highlights how bad humanity, America in specific, has gotten. I'm american, and I can openly say that our country, especially our younger generation, has gone to crap. Donald Trump's campaign was a pathetic joke, while many people thought he was running for president and actually joking about the whole thing, he goes around the country, causing uprises and fights at his rally, talking bad and turning his followers against anyone who stood in his way. He insulted the Hispanics, Muslims, Women, Chinese... the list goes on and on. The man doesn't even believe in global warming, although it's been scientifically proven, because he's never lived life outside of the penthouse on top of his building in New York. He's not out to help the common good, simply, he doesn't give a crap about the average american, but only about himself, and his bank account. That's how most (not all, but a large amount) of the republican party works. They represent the top 1% of wealth holders, and they care only about how they add even more digits to the number in their accounts, and unlike Obama, they don't give a crap about the poor, or middle class population. So now that Donald has been elected, the Republican party has full control of the government, controlling all 3 branches. Millions of Americans will lose the only insurance they have, or could afford, when Obamacare is repealed, but that doesn't phase Trump one bit, because he's got enough money to live the next hundred thousand years without worry. What gets to me, is you kids come and here and talk about Donald Trump like he is a god, and say you see nothing wrong with him. He has said racist, and extremely offensive things about Muslims, Mexicans, and women, but you still see him to be a good person? What's wrong with this generation? You're all just as bad as him if you agree with his viewpoints. When I think of the president of the United States of America, one of the (or atleast former) greatest nations in the world, I think of a reasonable, respectable man like Obama, who wasn't even a millionaire before being elected, and was considered to be a "middle class" member, and not a billionaire like Donald. Obama actually tried his best to make healthcare laws and balance the economy towards the average American, but the replublicans, who ran the majority of the government forbid that from happening, because it didn't benefit them. But in only a few days, instead of a logical, respectable man, we'll have a outcast from Sesame Street running the show. Rest in peace, America, and to all of you who are saying "trump did nothing wrong!!1!", you're either unaware of how politics work, or a racist, sexist piece of garbage like himself.

You are making a lot of accusations. I don't know if you've done research, but women of all ages are protesting. I think you should look at the big picture? Just because your familly is like that, doesn't mean every Southerner is. My grandfather lived in one of the most isolated back woods part of North Carolina. Everyone around were what the Northerners call 'rednecks' they're Trump supporters, with totally opposite views. Wouldn't hurt a fly.
If I would have protested Obama's presidency I would have been considered a racist. And that's the truth.
