i think its because so much stuff is going on that they can't handle. like Voyageur. they aren't supposed to handle stuff like that. they handle simple stuff. like questions. they aren't police officers.

I don't think it's causing people to resign, they're mostly resigning because of IRL things.

 

he can't ban the people that did the carrot thief stuff. because it will just make everything worse. they will create alts, and then there will be MORE carrot thieving.

 

People just move on, nothing more to it.
